How do I use eBay?

I have hundreds of dollars worth of items I wanna sell and I've been told they'd sell better on eBay. The problem is I don't have a job so I don't have a bank account or credit/debit card. Can you use PayPal without those or no? Also if not can I use eBay and just do COD? If not how do I use eBay? This is my only way to make money rn so idk what to do...

You must have a way for eBay to take fees from you if you don't pay them. That means you must have a card on file or a bank account to link to. Same thing with Paypal. If you sell something, receive the buyer's money and there is a problem and the buyer wins the case, Paypal needs a way to take the money back from you.
