Are all Lions Club local units HOST Lions Clubs? Seems to me I see:

Centerville Lions or
Centerville Host Lions or
Centerville HOST Lions

(the last one suggesting that HOST is an acronym)

So - are there plain Lions Clubs and HOST Lions Clubs? What does HOST/Host indicate?
