I got back and head issues that makes sleeping a pain. So my doctor prescribed me XANAX every evening (0.25 mg) for 15 days to help me sleep. But as i am googling it, i see that people can get addicted to XANAX and now i'm freaked out.
My question is: Can i get addicted from XANAX by taking 0.25 mg every evening for 15 days? Right now i'm kind of scared of taking it. Am i freaking out over nothing?

taking it for 15 days wont get you hooked, thats why the dr has gave you this amount.
they are addictive yes, but you have to be on highdose or for a longer length of time
does drinking a beer daily for a month make someone an alcoholic? no.

No. It is a highly addictive Benzodiazepine. Try not to take anything to go to sleep.

NO YOU CAN GET ADDICTED TAKING IT LIKE YOUR DOCTORS SAY TO TAKE, YOU ONLY GET ADDICTED WHEN YOU ABUSE IT. i HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR YEARS
