Is there any good electric road bikes or single speed road bikes?

No - those types are derived from racing designs and there no serious electric bicycle races.

If you want to buy a bike that is easy to pedal, an electric assist bike makes sense. However, asking about single speed bikes makes absolutely no sense if that is what you want. Single speed bikes are very hard to pedal most of the time, the gearing is too hard or too easy for conditions. If you want electric assist, it will be costly. Personally, I would spend the amount of money needed to buy a good quality electric assist bike on a road bike. A bike of that quality would be suitable to race in the Tour de France

To my knowledge, no one makes an electric "road bike". And a single speed "road bike" would also be known as a "track bike" (Velodrome track). My question to you is...WHY? A bike with GEARS is more more versatile & EASIER to use even on the slightest of hills or on a windy day. Plus a good "track bike" can cost just as much or MORE than a road bike with gears. This one is $1,399.99. http://www.fujibikes.com/usa/bikes/road/competition/track-pro/track-pro-usa

This "entry level" road bike is $749.99, about half the price. http://www.fujibikes.com/usa/bikes/road/endurance/sportif/sportif-2-3

Single speed bicycles are made for flat areas and short rides. Here's a good kit so you can build your own mid drive ebike. These kits can out perform ebikes costing many times more. You'll still have to get a battery but the site gives you some good sites to order batteries from. The bike in the picture uses a 3 speed internal geared hub.
