1. Drink a lot of water.
I find that when I drink water everyday(at least 8 cups per day), it improves my overall health and prevents me from getting headaches.
2. ibuprofen.
Ibuprofen is probably the best pain reliever out there.
3. Ice packs
Ice packs are a great alternative for curing headaches(if you like going the more natural way). 😊
