Could I get compensation for this?

A few weeks ago I got workers compensation because I got my hand crushed in a machine at work, and i didn't break any bones or tear any ligaments but I lost feeling in my finger tips (I would assume due to nerve damage) I can still use my hand but if time goes by and I don't get feeling back in my finger tips, could I go to court and get a settlement/compensation?

At some point your doctor will declare that your injury is "Permanent and stationary". This means it s as cured as it s going to get.

At that time the WC review board will review your injury and determine that you are X% disabled, and award you a fixed sum to both compensate you for the disability and pay in advance for any future medical costs they anticipate you requiring.

For lost feeling in fingertips it s not going to be a lot - but if you are unsatisfied you can appeal. There are law firms who specialize in this, and their fees are capped by law at a small percentage of the settlement.
