What kind of phone service is needed for a home based call center job?
I'm trying to get a job working from home answering phones, and I'm seeing on all of the company websites that I'd need a wired home phone, which I assume is a landline. Does anyone do this for a living, and know what company I should go with for affordability, and ease of installation? I've already spoken to my apartment complex, and they're fine with me having whatever's needed installed, but I don't know what is needed. Any help is appreciated.
