nope.. more likely to get into your body deeper
?
no it will heal over it if you just keep trying you'll probably get it out
?
Greetings! you are the lucky one! You have a genius to help you! I will give you advice! It seems to me rather unlikely that a splinter you can not pull out would come out on its own! Almost certainly, it will remain in your foot! The reason you can not get the splinter out is because you are trying to operate on yourself, which
generally is not done! Also, you have inferior equipment! If you could get better equipment, perhaps at the pharmacy, you could increase your chances of getting the splinter extracted! You also need good light! Also a magnifying glass or glasses that magnify! Also an assistant to pull out the splinter! In the event that this all fails,
then go to a doctor!

There's no way for us to predict that, unfortunately. If it's so deep that you're having problems getting it out, it COULD work it's way in deeper. I recommend cleaning the area with alcohol, sterilizing a needle and tweezer, and get it out even if it hurts. If it's bleeding when you're done, apply antiseptic and a bandaid.

it could. if you have health insurance, make a call to your family doctor or nurse and have them check it and pull it out if one's there.
