Question about "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep." (The novel that Blade Runner is based on.)?

So I ordered this the other day, having been a big fan of Blade Runner for a long time, and now wanting to read the book on which it was based. It arrived today, and I realized it s GRAPHIC novel. But when I was looking up the book before, nothing ever mentioned that, calling it only a "novel", not a "graphic novel."

So is there another version of this book that is NOT a graphic novel, but is just a regular novel? If so, I d greatly prefer to read that version than a graphic novel version.

So, is there a normal novel version of this story, or is the graphic novel the original version?

You ordered the wrong edition. 
The original was NOT a graphic novel.
It is ALSO a lot different (not a bad thing) from the movie.
