No, not at all. The great guys who can collect the money are the tax men. However, most of the Imports will change to NAFTA like Canada and Mexico. And Trump might be able to get the best deals for the US from the NAFTA renegotiation. The domestic production will predictably not increase due to high cost and lower quality. The US has lost the comparative advantage for decades.

The workers will see little pay increase. It will be the higher executives and the stockholders who will make out on this, and we all be paying more for the same products.
