Russian government did not kill anyone. They had no reason to poison ordinary British people. Cant you see the insanity of your allegations? The British intelligence services planned this to try and get Russians to vote for someone else.

First investigate and find what proof they can to establish reality and if they can prove that Russia knew or was behind it then it is likely their diplomats will be off home, their trade deals at risk ( which is more important to them) and they will be set back by some decades which will financially hurt them for decades to come not only with the UK but lots of other countries as well
