Ranch or cottage. I don’t need a lot of space and I find their styles more appealing. Mid century modern is my favorite, and I also like colonials since I grew up in one. I find them cozy and pretty.

Farmhouse. I live in one. The town grew up around it so i'm not remote at all and have ciry water and sewer.

Ranch style is my favorite.   Cottages are too small, I've already lived that way and hated it.   A farmhouse is too remote, and too much upkeep.
