A true heart attack is due to a plug in the coronary vessel that stops blood flowing to the heart muscle, low blood pressure would not cause that but a very low blood pressure may be too low to perfuse vital organs including the heart, leading to arrhythmias or cellular death, but that would be very low pressure and the person would probably pass out first, or have other symptoms

If it drops too low, yes, it can cause a heart atrack.
