No, they are not. The writers of the bible in Bronze age times were all male...females were practically slaves in that society and they were used as scapegoats. Adam was not Forced to eat the apple. He was weak willed (something men keep telling women they are).

There is not a single verse anywhere in the Bible that places the responsibility of sin on women. In his teaches, Jesus spoke of Adam (the man) as being the source of sin. The apostle Paul builds on that in his letter to the Romans (and elsewhere) saying that it was through Adam that sin entered into the world.

In Genesis, we are told that the woman eat of the fruit before the man. But it was the man who had been given the commandment to not eat of the fruit. As such, the apostle Paul would later write that "the woman was deceived but the man sinned."

No, the Bible does not blame on the fall of man on women.
