That's the big downfall of memory foam. Luckily a friend told me to never get one, or at least spend a night at a motel that had one before buying one for myself.

Mine is insulated and has a bamboo cover  built into it.

All memory foam is hot. Not much can be done unless you buy a new mattress without memory foam.
