Feeling like a spectacular failure at work?

I work at an I.T. company selling licensing. There are a million things to know and a million ways to make a mistake. I ve been there 9 months and have already been called in to my manager s office 3 times for making mistakes. I feel like one person in particular"s sole purpose for being there is to watch for my mistakes and call me out on them. As a result I have no confidence in my abilities and there is such a level of distrust for my co workers. I thought my confidence would grow over time but it is diminishing and I feel like a laughingstock on my team. Should I perservere in hopes that things will improve or just cut my losses and look for another job?

i just want to leave a good message; you are not a failure, you are a creation of god and god loves you, keep strong, good luck in whatever you do next and godspeed.

Sorry you're going through a hard time.
Have you had all the training and support you need?
When it comes to work performance, your team mates have a lot to do with it. If you're in a toxic, belittling, unhelpful, unkind, and blame-mongering environment, then of course you aren't going to flourish. Individuals don't grow in a weak team. When you're constantly being criticized or insulted, you will make mistakes. Fear of making a mistake leads to mistakes, mistakes lead to more fear of making mistakes. It's a vicious cycle. Deep down you probably already know whether this is something that can be ironed out with improved effort/training/communication/ etc or whether this isn't the team for you and you need to move on.
