Quit saying yes and tell her you have other plans. She will quit asking and stop being your "friend" when she never was. Just a person using you.

Hmm yes and no. If she treats you like a chauffeur 24/7 then no but you should want to spend time with your friend? You can always suggest getting public transport with her to kind of prove a point.
