Yahoo Answers Team, someone or some people are using multiple accounts to inundate Y!Answers with questions written in Chinese.?

Can you do something about it? It's been happening for hours, often a question every two minutes or so. Many of them appear to be copies of each other. Definitely a violation.

Hi there ( Mark?)

If you have time, answer this question → /question/index?qid=20180826153351AAHO0qz

It seems Yahoo doesn't allow the emails anymore... That is why I write you via one of your questions. Otherwise Yahoo fixed the problem with the Chinese spammers. They had so many accounts on here! I thought they would totally ruin the language category too.
And yes about the Latin phrase: '' Et tu Brute '' ! I really thought someone misspelled it!.. !o! Without even to think it could be in Latin language...

Best

Catherine
Ps: I will be back for check this message..

There is no Yahoo Answers Team (officially) anymore, and hasn't been for a very long time. When you post anywhere on YA you are addressing other users of the site, not anyone from Yahoo/Oath.

I've seen several posts by people who claim to have tried to reach out to Yahoo and have posted on the suggestion board, about the spam bot takeover, but we have no way of knowing if anyone who can actually do anything about it has been notified or is aware of the problem. The site is literally drowning in spam bot posts and since Verizon bought Yahoo! there has been no method provided to us for contacting anyone outside of appealing question/answer removal or appealing account suspension.

Really? We here at Yahoo are having a 12 month lunch break, but will eventually look into it....

I obviously not on the Yahoo Answers Team, I don't think they will take it as a threat unless this operator drives down the participation in Yahoo Q/A. Profits mean everything and if it is the intent of the individuals or few idiots who inundate to drive away people then Yahoo might crack down over time. Until then, I wouldn't hold my breath.
