This video card is from a circa 2011 Dell Optiplex 990 (used, but in good condition). It's got AMD Radeon markings, and a connector that doesn't seem to be any kind of standard DVI.
I'm guessing that there must be some kind of dongle I'm missing. I don't need this card to use the PC - but I'm wondering what it would take to get it working.
Can anyone clue me in on this card? Not a lot of markings on it at all, really. (OEM product?)

look for the FCC number on it and then look up that number in the FCC database ... might tell you something

It's a DMS-59 port and it needs a special adapter. You can probably find one on amazon by putting the word "DMS-59" in amazon's search bar. The card was supposed to come with that port but whoever parted the card out or sold you that PC didn't know any better.
This port was used on workstattion cards and it's designed to split 2x DVI connections so you can run 2 monitors from a single port.

That I think is an old AGP video card. Not sure what version but not all version were fully compatible.
To use it you would have to have a motherboard with appropriate AGP slot.
