Will Putin be laughing even as American troops are marching, and tanks are rolling down D.C. streets, while Putin hackers are attacking the most basic of US institutions - its elections?

The military parade is planned for 11/10; the invite for Putin is also for November. I would imagine that is no coincidence in Trump's mind.
If Putin does accept the invitation, does view the parade, I would imagine that considering the cyber warfare Russia has conducted so far, Putin will be enjoying the $12 billion parade immensely.
Imagine military personnel marching by these two leaders sitting together -- whoo, talk about coping with cognitive dissonance.

Trump can have Russian Intelligence goose stepping down the Avenue instead of the US Intelligence Agencies, since it's obvious that Trump holds the Russians in higher regard... than Americans.
