Could an enemy order a retreat with one of the U.S.'s own radios?

Okay, I know this is an impossibility in real life, but stick with me. Assuming that an enemy knew all of the army's call signs and codes, could they theoretically take a radio from a dead soldier and order a retreat? Or does the army have a way to know where a transmission is coming from and stopping it? Or alternatively would it create mass confusions as both transmissions from base and the radio contradict each other?

Just having callsigns and codes, that change multiple times a day, doesn't do much if one doesn't know how to use it or how radio communications work or how to work the radio as well.
