Should I go back to see a new doctor about a singular asymptomatic tonsil?

I’ve had one swollen tonsil for about a week that has literally no pain or anything with it. It does not hurt, and I don’t have any other symptoms. I went and saw a doctor at a CareNow who tested me for mono and strep, both negative, and believed it was pharyngitis. I was prescribed a mouth wash specific to pharyngitis. This hasn’t helped at all, and the tonsil is still swollen about a week later. Should I go get it checked out again or should I wait a little bit longer to wait and see if it goes down?

Asymptomatic means without symptoms...why would you want to see a doctor when you have no symptoms.
