I want to have sex with a friend of the family, she stays on our house, she always gazes at me and lets me see her boobs, one time I showed up with an erection and hugged her from behind, started grinding and groping her after a while she said no and before leaving I asked her if she likes me and she said yes and took off. After a month we were alone again and she said she doesn't see me that way since she always known me, and that I shouldn't try something like that again, I told her that I do find her attractive but that I won't force her to do something she doesn't want to do, then I kissed her forehead and left. I think its you forcing things on her-

You had no right to grab her from behind and rub her, regardless of whether she likes you/not, she did NOT give you consent to do, and even after you stll didn't back off.

It sounds like it's mostly just you.  She obviously likes toying with you a little, but as an older family friend she doesn't want to deal with adding that toxic dynamic to your family's household by taking the next step.   Consider yourself lucky she lets you get away with what you did.   She knows where to find you if she really wanted to.
