Is it my battery, the charging adapter, or the the charging cord?

So, I got a new phone a couple months ago. And now, out of the blue, it doesn't want to charge right. When I use the original charging adapter and cord, I'm lucky if it responds much, so I'm pretty sure the cord is out already. But, even when I use a different cord, it still will sometimes act like it's charging, do everything normal, except the battery percentage slowly goes down. So I'm thinking something else may not be right as well. Any ideas?

It could be either the charger or the battery.

To determine which one it is
requires a hands-on examination by a knowledgeable person.

Possibly could be the charge port has dust or lint and needs to be air out good. Lot times this is cause of phone not charging correctly. Tho chargers can be faulty as well
