How is holiday pay calculated?

Question

Hello let’s say My salary is $60,000 a year and I take home about $1,600 bi weekly no matter what.. how is holiday pay computted on my pay?

1) $1600 + holiday pay. 
2) $1600 Only (that includes holiday pay)

It seems like I was paid my salary plus holiday for Fourth Of July but I was paid only my base salary for Labor Day.

Did you work either the 4th of July or Labor Day?
If not, then you would just receive your regular wages for those days.  
Maybe in July, the company made an error.
