My friends always see me upset and think I have depression... I don’t, but I don’t want them thinking I do, what can I do?

Ask one of your friends to go with you to your appointment with a mental health professional. Your friend can tell this person why they believe you are suffering from depression and then you can tell this person why you believe you are not suffering from depression. After this person finishes their evaluation and finds that you are not suffering from depression you can get them to give you a letter certifying this. You can make copies of this letter and pass them on to all of your friends.
