My phone won't stay on unless its connected to a charger, and even then it won't stay on long enough to get my photos from my phone to my computer using email or airdrop. My phone won't turn on when its connected to a charger from my computer, so I can't use iTunes.

iTunes isn't the way to get pics from the phone to the computer anyway.
If this is the case you could use apps like Google Photos that would upload the photos to Google's servers (privately of course) & you could access them from the website http://photos.google.com though it may take a while depending on how much pictures you have to transfer & how often this power issue occurs
