Artist and title of a song?

Question

Who is the artist and what is the title of the song, the only part of the song I remember is "I want money, lots and lots of money", I remember it being a huge hit sometime around 1989/90 and it's a midtempo R&B tune with a little bit of a New Jack Swing vibe to it.
