Why is my PlayStation 4 taking so long to download the game?

I can’t sign in to my house WiFi and now my I phone hot spot is giving me a problem as well

Its likely taking long cause your hotspot's speed isn't enough or fast enough to do it. The more immediate problem to me is you can't use your home wifi connection.
