Hell no.
Skyseeker1
No.
But you and your fellow employees should consider offering to buy your "owner(s)" out.
Once you are relieved of the burden of supporting the exorbitant and immoral lifestyle of your capitalist owners , you can institute a democratic system of management. All of your employee/owners will receive a share of the profits and have a vote on how the company is run. If the market for your product is poor , you can all vote on taking a cut to remain competitive without resorting to cutting the labor force.
In good market times , you can vote to increase the dividend on your shares OR re-invest in expansion or upgrade.
Privately owned profit driven capitalism is dying from a self inflicted and fatal wound.
