(2001 Toyota Celica Gt) Rear passenger side window and hatch window leak water when it rains. How can I seal them?

What sort of sealant product should I use?
Are there videos on similar issues, for different cars even?
All help is appreciated, I m tired of getting pools of water under my rear seat and in the spare tire area.

The side window will need new run channels and possibly a door weather strip.
The back hatch if leaking around the window can be sealed with any black RTV silicon.

Buy some kitchen paper and spread it around your car interior. Then hose it down ans see where the leaks are. Water tends to flow to the low point so it may be coming in from anywhere. If it is a window/glass seal that's leaking, use black silicone sealant to seal any gaps. It may also be the rubber seal round the edge of the hatch aperture. These can perish or get hard over time and lose the youthful springiness that keeps them pressed firmly against the shut hatch. Especially if the drain channels are filled with old leaves etc. You can try adding a strip of self-adhesive closed cell pvc foam from your local hardware store (commonly sold as weather proofing strip) which might help.

The rubber seals need to be REPLACED.
