I accidentally swallowed a big dollop after pretending to eat it and its been 2 weeks and it hasn't come out yet.
I'm not entirely sure if it has come out yet or not but I have pictures if anyone would like to analyse for me.

Water based lubes are mostly water, so they break down. You won't see a big dollop in your feces.
