Best way to lose my belly fat?
Male; 17 Years Old; 135Lbs; Cardio Thrice A Week; 5'7 ft.
So, I really want to lose most of my belly fat in around 1-2 months
Right now, I do 15 Mins Ellipticals for 2KM, 20Mins tredmill for 2KM, and Rowing for 10Mins; and Ab Workout
I calorie count at 1750 Max per day, Minimal sugars
Is there anything else I could do to have a almost flat stomach in a month
