How can I post a photo in the comment section of Yahoo News?
I've seen plenty of short videos posted but I'd like to just be able to post a photo from my laptop in the comment box.

Windows 10 now has a new built in app called "Snip & Sketch" which replaced the old "Snipping Tool" It allows to you select any part of the screen and save it to a file. You can then upload the photo anywhere you want.
It will be listed on the start menu in the left column. I have a shortcut of it on my Taskbar.
