help really needed on these two?!?

A - The height, in feet of an object above the ground is given by h(t) = -16t^2 + 64t + 190, where t is the time in seconds. Find the time it takes the object to strike the grind and find the maximum height of the object.

B - There are 20,000 owls in the wold. Every decade, the number of owls is halved. Is this linear or exponential?

a/
the object to strike the ground ,ie, h(t) = 0 --->t= 6s
h(t)=-16(t-2)^2+254 --->h max = ...
b/
Hint:
20000
10000
5000
