Possibility of colonoscopy missing the cancer?

Just had my first colonoscopy last week and they said they didnt find anything but I'm still having some blood in my stool is there a chance he could of missed something I really dont want to have to do a repeat one

Did anyone tell you anything about hemorrhoids?  That's the first thing that comes to mind.

If its bright red it's probably hehemorrhoids. They can be internal.
