Any tips for depersonalization? It started after a panic attack I got my anxiety under control now it’s just this any help ?

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve struggled with anxiety and have experienced derealization. The first thing you should do is accept the feeling (i know it’s hard to do that when you feel so f****** weird) but you just have to realize that yes, you are feeling this right now, but it won’t last forever. Keep in mind that you aren’t in danger. The more positive you stay, the shorter it will last.
The second thing you should do is ground yourself. Try focusing hard on something. Focus on your surroundings, list everything around you, touch things, etc. This will force your mind to be in the present moment and will relieve symptoms.
You can also try talking to people or listening to music. Focus on your breathing as well.
