The reason behind the increase of the rent in the past few decades are increasing life style expenses and the demand of the renting property. Because of the growth of the city in the past few decades, the number of tenants are increased. As the numbers of the tenants increased the home owners got guts of taking risk of loosing tenant. Which became major reason of rent rose in Kent WA.
