In any of them and in between. You don't need (to use) a language to be able to think
?
In French ( my native language) my internal thoughts are .. !o! It's in English only when I want to write / say something in this language.

I speak protuguese as the first language, but mostly of my thoughts are in english too because I was forced that way. People around me always said to me; If you wanna learn a language, you have to think in that language. In fact, was getting hard&hard deny the truth, cuz in a few hours of study I was frustrated, everything seemed so hard for me. But in the second day I was happy cuz I was improving day after day. I took about 7 days to be able to understand 95% of the English language. Pretty good, right? I know I need to keep practicing to be the "cream of the top" in english, so that's what I'll do. English is a beaultiful language and it is worth learning it. thanks
