If you are not sure, get the cooling system flushed out completely immediately and fill with the proper coolant. The green ethelyene glycol coolant will react with the orange DEX coolant creating brown sludge which has the consistency of a chocolate shake and it will compromise your cooling system.

That depends on the green antifreeze you put in. Some makes of green antifreeze are compatible with all color antifreeze's.
