Latin equivalent to English 'o' and 'oh'?

If you troll or bully on YA, you aren't funny you are annoying. Lice is not funny it's annoying. Anyway, there is no 'A" or "The" in Latin I understand. However in English there is "O" (eg. O Benjamin) and 'Oh' (eg. (Oh the city light's before dawn) is there a Latin eq. for these?

O is the Latin equivalent.

"O Little Town of Bethlehem" is translated as "O parve vice Bethlehem."
