Why have there been no security systems implemented to detect if there is any armed people in the vicinity of elementary schools, high schools or colleges or any type of public place?????

Even the absolute best security system would not guarantee safety because it does not get to the root of the problem—hatred in people’s hearts. So long as people exist who hate other people, there will be no security. The solution is a government that teaches its citizens to love one another, because “love does not work evil to one’s neighbor.” (Romans 13:10)
The Bible teaches that we are very close to the end of this system of things that is filled with violence. Soon God’s Kingdom—a world government set up by God—will bring peace and security not just to schools, but throughout the entire earth. Under that government “the wicked will be no more” and “peace will abound until the moon is no more.” (Psalm 37:10, Psalm 72:7)

There are security systems in many schools, but they are often ineffective. Also, it takes a while for police or other safety people to show up if an alarm is sounded.
It is financially impossible to station security people in every school, shopping center, government facility, etc.
