How to repair my broken monitor?

So... I've been using this monitor for over two years, and suddenly it just goes dark mode. The whole screen is super dark. The brightness setting doesn't do anything. And there's a little part of the screen (about the size of a fist) that's a lot darker than the whole other part.

Note: I didn't drop it or anything, and there's a lot of dust in the room.

Also Note: All I want to know if is it fixable? Or do I have to buy a new monitor?

Causes of monitor failures:
Heat. Not so much a problem with LCD panels these days.
Electronics. Some components sensitive to voltage spikes, poor quality control at factory.
Shock. Panel glass layers may crack, release the liquid crystal. That makes black splotches, crazy line patterns.
You give no clue on "broken monitor" like brand, model, hookup type, UPS filter isolation, what sends it images. So no specific guesses.
As David says, get another one.

It usually isn't economic to repair a monitor, labour costs alone mean it is cheaper to buy a new one, sadly
