I just took my blood pressure at home and it’s high 190/121 what should I do?

I am currently on medication for my high bp I take it everyday 5mg of amoldipine and half of a water pill. I also have a really bad headache.

Take it again.
If it's still that high you need to have someone drive you to the ER that's stroke zone.

The machine may be inaccurate especially if your on meds to lower it
