Are there any timers out there on iOS that can alert you when you’ve reached a certain mark?

Example, let’s say I wanna do 2 workouts in a 1 minute time frame. I do push ups for 30 seconds then sit ups the last 30 seconds. Is there an app that would alert me “you’re at 30 seconds” or whatever so I don’t have to just constantly look at my phone to switch. Like If im doing a 2 minute workout even, it would alert me saying “you’re at 1:30” or something, lol idk.

I just installed MultiTimer. It's very complex, but I bet you can get it to do exactly what you want. At the very least, you can jury-rig it using multiple timers. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/multitimer-multiple-timers/id973421278
