Well the temperature for the fryer is 190 c, and the solder I have used is the plumbing one that plumbers use to solder fittings

Lead is not the only thing found in solder which can produce toxic results. Zinc is also a common alloy for solder.
Different grades of solders have different melting points. Some as low as boiling water. Others have melting points in excess of 700 degrees. Not knowing what temperature your unit operates at and which grade solder you used, it is impossible for me to even guess.
