No. No black person alive was a slave in the US before the practice was abolished 150 years ago, so there's no reason to pay people for something that didn't happen to them.

I'm a lib who ignores such talk as "it will never happen" nor should it (just like open borders).
First of all, as a lib, I insist on fiscal responsibility. I won't agree to any money giveaway w/o the compensation to pay for it on the table at the same time. The cons are the ones who give our tax dollars away w/ no way to pay for it.

Yes, I know exactly where to start the collections. One year before the Civil War every single slave in the USA was owned by a democrat. All reparations should come from the Democrats through the DNC. It's high time democratic party owned up to it's complicity in the awful crime of slavery. The democrat party should cease to exist, and all it's assets should be handed over to the relatives of slaves forthwith.
BTW Reparations have already been given to the tune of over a trillion dollars. That's what the housing crisis, subprime derivative debacle was all about. Obama was a community organizer who taught black people to invest in buying homes they couldn't afford'; under the false promise of inflationary pressure because of an ever expanding demand for investment homes.
