My Peugeot van is making a loud noise, tooknit garage and they said it could be a seal or an i jester, there is abit of fumed on start up?

You’ve given nowhere near sufficient details of exactly what kind of noise, when it occurs nor which part of the van it is coming from and haven’t even asked a question.
