I've only had a couple of them in my life, the first time it happened I tried to wake myself up in the dream, the second time I tried to explore the environment in the dream, it was like walking around in a video game, not much happened though, the sky was black and there was like walls around me that were like green, walls of grass, I woke up before I saw or did anything interesting. lol

I have once. I flew. It was amazing. I was on top of a hill having a picnic haha with my family. My mom asked me if i could go get some mustard from the store. I jumped a couple times going down the hill and then started flying. I remember flying over the trees. Hearing and feeling the wind. Arms stretched out like i was a bird.
I landed by a house. I wanted to fly again so i ran towards the wall next to the door and jumped and kicked off of the wall and slowly floated back down. I couldn't get going again.
It was a sensation i never felt before and always chased afterwards. Though I've never been able to do it again. That was about 15 years ago.
