How to get a nuisance neighbor to leave you alone?

I live in a subdivision where they have rules and regulations about cars and trucks that sits for a long time and doesn't use them. I have a trailblazer that sits in front of my house with a bad transmission. Im trying to sell it, but the neighbor from hell keeps calling the Homeowners association on my truck. She can't prove to them that its not running due to my tags are updated, but shes a noisey neighbor that has no life but to look out her window. I have no where to store it right now and Im trying to sell it, but no one gave me an offer on it. but I need to do something fast before the Homeowners Association comes out to investigate. I have 2 cars in my garage already. How can I get this resolved ?

Nobody wants non-functional broken cars sitting in the streets in their neighborhood. Put the Trailblazer in your garage and put a car you are driving in the street. It will be in use so it will not be susceptible to those complaints. Leaving the Trailblazer on the street for weeks or months at a time is just not acceptable and may indicate you are not making a realistic effort to sell it. Without a functional transmission you may be forced to sell it to a junk yard.

Put the truck that doesn't run in the garage, and put a car that does, that you use, on the curb. Problem solved.

FYI it's not just a homeowners rule but a law that you can't leave a car parked for more than 24 hours on a public roadway. So thank your lucky stars that your neighbor hasn't called the police because they would monitor it then tow and impound the truck without knocking on your door.

Just call a used car dealership and sell it to them.

So it doesn't run at all? If possible, swap it with one in garage for a day or two, then swap back.
